M.C.S. Rehabilitation has been providing Expert Witness Testimony in the Social Security, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation systems for approximately 5 years. Dr. Esteban R. Magallanes has testified in over 300 Social Security Hearings, and has testified at numerous depositions and trials. Dr. Magallanes has testified as a Vocational Expert in matters of age discrimination, loss of earning capacity, and personal injury in Federal Court, as well as Superior Court.

Dr. Magallanes holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology degree, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and is a fellow of the American Board of Vocational Experts.
